Dr. Neally has special interests in caring for children with autism, ADD/ADHD and other special needs.

Certified in the Webster Technique as she enjoys working with pregnant moms in having an easier delivery.

Dr. Neally uses a wide variety of techniques to be able to adjust to all walks of life. These include Diversified, Drop Table and the Activator technique.

Dr. Neally use Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber in her office. HBOT is a specialized therapy that uses an increase in atmospheric pressure to allow the body to incorporate more oxygen into blood cells, blood plasma, cerebral spinal fluid and other body fluids.
